This article tells us about the reformative endeavors of a number of Latin American countries which until before this recent crisis began striking, prove to be able to alleviate them from being collapsed. The key to their success, according to this article, is the empowerment of private sector. It goes without saying, the transformation taking place in those Latin American countries is not a simple process. Their success in selling their state's assets to private sector, but also a result of complex inter - action from macro economic stabilization efforts, reformation in incentives means and institutional renewal in which the legal means and infrastructure as well as legislation reform plays a very determinant role. The Latin American countries likewise a number of Asian countries are currently exposed again to a contractional condition, the hike of inflation rate, difficulty in finance, and other impacts of crisis. But it is surely useful to see how they (at least until the crisis began striking), prove to have been successful in their Asian counterparts by the reformation they have made.
