PT. SAFG as company which is active in glass processing have to coordinate with all his supplier, because especially pemanent sheet glass levying upon which have spesification like size measure and quality which are adapted for the spesification of order, apart from that the amount accuracy and arrival time accuracy also become important matter because have an implication to company production schedule. Applying the coordination is hence needed an effective approach, which is through supplier selection and mangement system (SSMS) to determine which supplier will be majored to be given coordination and which any kind of criteria (managerial criterion) and how the support have to be given. This research integrate purchasing strategy system, supplier selection system and supplier management system, where purchasing strategy system is chosen critical component of glass raw material by using ABC classification then identify alternative of supplier and identify criterion in election of supplier in PT. SAFG. While supplier selection system is election of supplier by using method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with absolute measurement. Supplier management system is identifying key of criterion from result of supplier selection system then identify weak criterion from chosen supplier from result of supplier selection system afterwards criterion of the weak criterion and key joined as an criterion of managerial as criterion to be coordinated to supplier which is chosen in supplier selection system. This research obtained the critical component identifying of glass component is type FL03, FL05 and FL04 with usage percentage of equal to 76,03%. Chosen Supplier in supplier selection system is PT. AFG with total equal value to 0,8161 and managerial criterion is Quality Problem Repair (C3), Price Structure (C4) Level of production facility and capacity (C10), Time Loss in the Production Line (C2), Compliance with Due date (C5), Technology and R&D Capabilty (C9) and Incorrect of size measure (C1-3).
