To help health Jember department in monitoring the : health, drugs stores, general lab, doctor and paramedics, needed Geographical Information System(GIS). The objectives of this research to design shortest mapping route GIS by using Ants Group Algorithm. The Ant Group Algorithm is used to solve discreet optimization. The result of evaluation shows that to get shortest route looping process done until stagnation behavior condition, thats condition where the value of the process constant and close to 15.07.
