Fast wireless technology development influences someone in getting special information such as : hand - phone (HP), someone can easily access the internet to get the information. System design include client side that use HP as information software with Java program, and server use server with PHP and Microsoft Visual Fox Pro on database server. The result of evaluation done by Petra student shows that system designed good success although system still depend on GPRS support. In the rate of highly used GPRS, system has disturbances in sending and receiving data. System will give no disturbances if the rate of GPRS used low.
