Information system of online property marketing is advantageous for developers to promote their properties and for buyers to facilitate the property transactions. This system is designed to simulate the property detail changes, deposit and its percentage, amount of payment and terms of payment. The calculation process of property installments uses Annuity method. Functional analysis method is occupied in the information system testing stage. Parallel Run approach is used in the Information system implementation. The calculation in this information system is valid and accurate implying that information system can be applied both to market property and online buying transaction.
