The route of goods delivery highly influences the efficiency of expense. This research discusses route formation in goods delivery case, which is included in Vehicle Routing Problem. The route is formatted by using heuristic approach to reach high - quality, optimum solution. The formatted route is developed by using String Relocation algorithm, which has the capability to create good solution with the large quantity of node but relatively short duration in process. The experiment done results in the route which does not break the limit. Besides, this algorithm can improve the route and cost as well as give route alternatives.
