It is estimated that indonesia will need huge additional of electric power in the future, since demand of electricity increases steadily. In order to anticipate the increasing demand of electricity, the indonesian government invites private companies to invest in electric power. The objective of such a privatization is to increase efficiency in providing national electricity that will decerase electricity cost for customers. Actually, the electricity privatization has faced mis management that inflict a loss upon customer. This article discusses some factors that caused mis management in electricity privatization.
