Cloning science is getting developed as the advance of the bimolecular science is developing as well. Its contributions towards diagnosing, curing and doing profile action for many kinds of diseases are very great. Indonesia needs to develop the cloning science to solve its various health problems. This main problem in cloning is not in biomedicalmatters, but more on the bio ethics. Even more this science has been led to human reproduction. Therefore, it is needed to make laws regulating this matter. In line with that, forming or preparing a tough ethics commission that giving any expertise and consideration in this problem is badly needed. We need to be always critics and willing to review our paradigm about humans and life.
