This article describes the application of data envelopment analysis, a later efficiency measurement technique, to measure brand efficiency of formula milk products. The research samples are 14 brands of infant formula milk product and 14 brands of follow - up formula milk products. They will be examined several times. The data used in the research is secondary data, taken from the survey conducted by YLKI and kompas daily newspapers from january 1995. The result of this analysis indicated that only few brands of any formula milk product were relatively efficient. The brand will be qualified relatively efficient if this brand can afford benefits better than other brand in their price range.
