Organization in general is an open system. They are interacting with their environment (external factors). The itneraction between organizations with their environment has been the intensive discourse among experts in organizational theory and strategic thinking. How far the external factors dynamic have an impact of the structure of internal organization. The environments have significant roles in the evolution of organization. Instead, the enviroment is the most determine factirs if the organization sustainability in the turbulent era.
