| As a concept, quality of life is quite well known particularly in relation to patient with chronic diseases. The number of study focuses on this concept has been increasing since the 90's. Furthermore, quality of life measurement is considered to be an important factor, which should not be skipped, in order to treat chronic disease patients including breast cancer patient. Having such a good quality of life is sometimes considered to be one of significant predictors of survival life for patients. Unfortunately, theoretical concept of quality of life is still lack of clarity up to now. Hence, the aim of this article is to describe some basic concepts and theory of quality of life in general situation and also in breast cancer. |
