The development of product design process currenly is no longer limited ti designers and several drafters in a company. The complexity of product design has made the designers to provide an innovative and manufacturable design. Therefore, the designer needs team members to share the design task and information. A possible contraint of the team is the location of each member that is separated geographically. So the members need a facility to connect each other in sharing the design process and information. In this research, a system and a web-based prototype have been developed to provide a collaborative design process which supports the sharing design and information. The characteristics of the developed system are concurrent and collaborative, so it can make a short product design process with better quality subject to the work mechanism built-in the system.
