One of the most critical problem in organization, as well as strategic management problem, is that adaptability to the environmental change. The process of decision - making is a part of the organization's (and individual) effort to react the stimulus of environment. "Stratgic - decision - making model" proposes to accentuate the decision making process toward the environemnt. This process influences the long road of all organizational function in the future time. This perspective is a result of the dialetical between the other perpectives of decision - making, that will be developed in this short article.
