The objective of this study was to find out the effect of evaluation methods and teacher’s leadership toward the learning achievement of craft and arts. The research found that the interaction between the evaluation method and teacher’s leadership to wards the learning achievement of craft and arts. The research was conducted at junior high schools in West Jakarta with 36 students randomly selected and the hypotheses were tested by two way ANAVA with the level of significance a = 0.01. The research shows that (1) teachers with democratic leadership have higher analytic evaluation than holistic evaluation (2) teacher with authoritative leadership have higher holistik evaluation than analystic evaluation. It can be concluded that the analystic evaluation method is higher than holistic evaluation method especially for teachers with democratic leadership.
