Isi artikelLearning process in elementary school facilitates student comprehension of learning’s materials. Methods implemented in the process have to be cautiously decided in order to provide effective results. This article discusses impact of implementing Weiner’s Theory of Attribution on students’ mastery learning and achievement. Concept of height line of a triangle to determine area of a triangle, which is part of geometry course for fifth grade elementary school, was choosen to be taught using Weiner’s Theory of attribution. A number of 19 fifth grade students from two of elementary schools in Sulang, Rembang District, were randomly selected as samples, one as an experiment class and the other one as a control class. The findings showed that both class have not reached mastery learning, with the average level of mastery of 84,21% for experimental class and 73,68% for control class.
