The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between the demographic characteristics of life insurance agents and their ethical orientation behavior. The relationship between agents ethical orientation behavior and annual insurance premiums generated and the customer retentions measure was tested. High sales premiums performers are found to be more ethical oriented than the: low performer. It is also found that agent with higher ethical oriented behavior tel1d to have higher premi earned.
