The objective of this study is to investigate the process of industrial demand derived of foreign labor to the manufacturing output growth in Malaysia. To achieve this objective, the simultaneous equation models are developed and the analyses are based on data from the Industrial Survey conducted by the Department of Statistics for the period 0: 1985-1996. The models consist of Cobb-Douglas production function and demand function for foreign labor.
