Isi artikelCatechin. is a polyphenol and major component that can be found in green tea's leafs. The difference usually connects with taste, color and aroma of tea. The content of catechin in green tea is 30 % from the total of a weight. Antioxidant of catechin has been proved in many researches. Antioxidant can stop free radical effect. MDA is a final product from lipid peroxidase. The increase of free radical cause MDA of blood and hepar increased.
