Nowadays, identification process of a person ‘s identity is not only done by looking at his or her face or signature, but also by the pattern the person ‘s eye retina. To implement this application the computer program is made using neural network methods to analize the image of eye retina. The image is given to the system by scanning the photos of eye retina. Through experiment has been proof that this software can identify person through his/her eye retina with error rate below 8%.
