In this paper, Quantum Mechanic especially Boson-Newton recuryion method has been applied to vibration-rotational of diatomic molecules by investigating the frequency character of the radiation absorbed by such molecules. This method can identify frequency absorbed of fransition of vibration n = 0 - n = 1 0 rotational R (Aj = +1) and P (Aj = -1) branches of molecule diatomic Hydrogen Bromide (HBr).
