Isi artikelAn experiment was conducted to determine the effect cf combination protein and energy on eggs quality of indigenous d1icken. There are 3 1eve1s of Protein (12.14 and 16 %}. and two 1evcls of Metabolizable Energy ( 2400. 2600 kcal/kg} were used in experimental diet;. One hundred and fourly lour (144] indigenous chickens werc used and assigned to six (6) experimental diets based on Completely Randomized Design in Factorial Model with 3 replicates. Results of this experiment indicated that yolk colour was significantly affected (p<0.05) by diet, while egg weight, haugh unit, and egg shell quality were not affected (p>0.05)
