An experiment was conducted to know the effect of semen diluents on sperm motility and sperm live of Pesisi:" Cattle. Semen was collected from male pesisir cattle at 5 years old. A Ramdomized Complete Block Design was used for 5 kind of semen diluents. This 5 treatments of sement diluents were whole egg. coconut water. fresh mi1k. milk powder and mung bean juice with 4 times of semen collection as block.
