Isi artikelThe problem of cluster- based or market segmentation consist of determining segment by partitioning buyers according to their similarities across several selected (behavioral, psychographic, or socio-demographic) segmentation criteria. The number of segments (cluster), their size, and description are not known before completing the analysis. The method we used in this paper are K-means Cluster Method to identify the members of segment, Thrustone Case V Method to identify preferences structures of each segment, and Crosstab Method to identify characteristics of each segment. Also, we use some other methods to complete the analysis.
