At present, the reading and writing ability of blind person is less realize by the community. For reading and writing, blind person applies Braille codes A blind person might be careless due to the community is unable to understand their writing communication used In order to encourage the communication between a blind person and the social environment, they need a method helping the communication amongst them easier, using writing communication form. This paper describes the Artificial Neural Network is able to convert Braille codes to alphabetical word.
