Database Administrators (DBA) become important because some of their responsibility is to ensure the availability and accessibility of database. Since DBA can not be in front of the database server console all the time to manage the database, they need a mobile system to help them manage the database server. In the mobile network infrastructure and Java capability, choosing Java to develop the solution is an appropriate solution. J2ME used to develop client application as an interface of the system which will run on cellular phone and J2EE used to develop sever application as an engine of the system.
