The order handling problem in PT. Iglas involves some departements to test the advisability of products ordered by customer. The evaluation of the advisability performed through the view of each departement and counted on the expertise in each departement. The goal of this reseach makes Decision Support System order handling which use rules based system the approach. Implementing fuzzy logic for intuitif rules of expertise in charge in bottle's order handling is used. Data as an input sistem is the sizes of bottle's dimension that is required by customer. The output is the alternatives of choices from moulding type which fulfill dimension constraint and ordered by moulding type which have the higest profit down to lowest profit. The experiment by using size of bottles is gotten the result which approved by manajement of PT. Iglas.
