Data clustering is not easy job to be done. The problem of this research is how to classify data into cluster group, where cluster totally has been determined before (supervised model). The purpose of this research is to design and make fuzzy c - means model supervised program to make data clustering. fuzzy c-means algorithm, in clustering on the way to determine cluster center, continuing with objective function, partitions matrix till the smallest error of the error wanted. Data result is cluster center matrix and grouping data into cluster determined. Cluster determination result use fuzzy c - means as cluster totally as what wanted.
