Hospital is a unique environment for information technology implementation. The uniqueness of hospital information system (HIS) arise from : Stakeholder in business process of hospital who need different information, and The need of specific format of patient's data that give opportunity for other business function in hospital to perform certain operation, while maintaining its consistency. This paper explains an information system audit model that could be implemented in assessing the performance of information system processess. Assessment will be focused on processes conducted by resources of information technology in producing information criteria required by business.
