This essay condenses the evaluation report of IDT. The prudential instruction for underdeveloped village project implemented in the West Sumatera In conducting the evaluation the researchers focus their attention on four aspects: (1) the process, implementation and goal attainment of the IDT. (2) its actual problems and solutions, {3} virtuosity owned by the receiver groups (pokmas) and its influences to the attainment, and (4) the social and economic impacts of the IDT toward these-group members. This searchers found that the dominant problems dealt will the pokmas are related to the technical supervision, business choice and village head's support It also found that many supervisors were appointed without considering their incapability to technical assistancy needs.
