Kotler (1994) stated that in Marketing Management "Most people mistakenly consider marketing as selling and promotion..." To prevent confusion on Marketing, he follow: "... This does not mean that selling and promotion are unimportant, but rather they are part of a larger marketing mix, a set of marketing tools that work together to affect the marketplace". This article introduced is inter-national organization, UNICEF (United Nations Children's Fund), that is concerned to increase and to promote health for mother and children, its implementation according to the country's situation and condition, including the case of Indonesia. The previous year, UNICEF implemented measles immunization in East Nusa Tenggara Province. This activity is quite costly so that it is justified when UNICEF Indonesia formed special named Private Sector Division. |
