Isi artikelCoordination is the necessary things due to the company realized that competitiveness resources are not only on the company internal, but also on the company external. A well colaboration will be earning purchasing and request planning which's better, to reduce degree of stock, cost efficiency and also to increase service level to the finally consumers. The collaboration which does weaved by PT Philips with their distibutor looks like slightly ineffective. Appeared from the length of distribution link before products to the end customer who's causing information distortion such as forecast unreliability and problems in doing product planning, stock, high cost production and retailer product in deriving Philips product so that PT Philis is designing the new strategy in distribution product by evaluating partnership program with their distributors are known as the Best Partnership program pilot project and PT Cipta Niaga Surakarta. Since the results of the pilot project will be applied to other distributors, comprehensive evaluation to affective of cllaboration project is needed absolutely. This research was focued on affectivities of Best Partnership program evaluation which's running in PT. Philips Ralin Electronics with PT. Cipta Niaga distributor, which's measured from degree from availability stock, ordering facility, and quality of performance on the retailer level, as a side who's feeling this program directly. Considering retailer who will be measuring object in getting the next data began the Evaluation. The data were derived shaped estimation value's give by respondent in comparing condition before and after program. After all data be processed, analyze was done to program affectivities for increasing the next program affectivities. The Result of this research is showing that availability stock of metric accounted, which's experiencing well enough improving. From ordering facility metric and quality of performance are showing that the respondent satisfied enough to the given services. The third above metrics are showing that best partnership program is running effectively, yet the control framework is needed to make sure that the programs are running well and agree with the purpose.
