Since the first time debating competition was introduced in 1997, it is growing in an excessive rapid. Particularly, since the Indonesian Ministry of Education officially announced as one of intra curicullum for high school. In adjacent, the complexity of the debating competition in providing the competition system is indeed, elevating. The approach for this issue is to construct a computer system to minimize manual involvement. The debating competition software is built using SQL Server 7.0 and Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Thus this system can escalate the performances of these competitions in term of operating and storing data.
