Isi artikel
Peer - to - peer is an electronic technology information exchange between cybers users by connecting two computers in a cyberline then by doing so the cyber users may communicate amongst each other without connection to central server. Kazza is known as software of peer - to - peer technology. Besides benefiting for the user, the technology has also created a big disadvantage for the third party such as innovator or a copy right holder, since the technology may use for pirating of some creations which are protected by copy right. Pirating of any creation via peer - to - peer has become a disturbing issue amongst the copy right holders, besides inflicting in materiil and immateriil losses for the copyright holders there is also a potential tax fraud. Another offense is the damage of moral right, such as compressing of original file which may result in low quality of drawing, picture and / or noissy copy that ruins the image of original one. These may damage appreciation and reputation of the creator. However, law enforcement in cyber world is more difficult than that of real world since the cybercrime occurs across jurisdiction of any state.
