So many cases of robbing bank till the year end of 2004 have indicated the weakness of bank controller as wella s the weakness of law enforcement in dealing with the white collar crime actors. There seems happenning of morale hazard amongst bankers including board of directors, commissioners and the owners. Ironically, a number of fact of bank robbery just occurred in the heart of government initiative for rebuilding public faith on the finance institution and national banking.
