This paper explains about the dynamics of small and medium businesses of migrant of fishermen in kupang, east nusa tenggara. It focus on the relationship between the employers and the employees. Generally, the employers are moslem and they have no relation problems with the employees most of whom are christian. Capital that used in this business is not too large. It also expressed the track of fish trade from its catch to the final consumers.
