Kuliah Kerja Profesi (Company Development Internship Program)/KKP is a compulsory subject of Faculty of Economic which aims to provide learning to students to motivate them to work and serve the community. The internship was run is small and medium enterprises and the local community which done by giving guidance and training in both groups. There had not been any researches done to evaluate the benefit of KKP to the students. Therefore this research was done to test empirically the correlation between student experience during the participation in KKP and their motivation to work and do community service activities.
