World Wide Web has considerably caused the increasing of Internet access, in this context applying search engine. Search Engine need keywords as its inputs and display all sites that contain the keywords. Sites displayed are mixed up in topics. User needs it to be narrower and more categorized search result. Clustering web page with link analysis is then developed to find the better results. The web clustering process traces traces link in the web page. A link vector is then generated in each page. The link vectors generated finally are compared to each other and clustered in certain topic. Clusterization will tell how good web page maintains topics in its entire links. Since the data from which we cluster is text data, we call it text data mining. This text data mining revealed the hidden information about how clean web page from unrelated topic links.
