It is a privilege and honor to be able to serve organziational research methods (ORM) as its editor for the next 3 year (2005 - 2007). ORM's unique mission is to bring relevant methodological developments to a wide range of researchers in organziational and management studies and to promote a more effective understanding of current and new methodologies and their application in organizational settings. No other scholarly journal has this mission.
