In Mbojo, a language in Bima, there are words categorized as spatial nouns. These nouns are geographically related to the points of a compass. In particular contexts, they are equivalent to the Indonesian prepositions di, ke, and dari. Therefore, they can function as markers indicating location, direction, and origin. This paper looks at the relation between the spatial nouns and the way of thought of the Mbojo speakers.
