The qualitative evaluation monitoring of the Social and Safety Net in Health Program (JPS-BK) was performed in 13 provinces including DKI Jaya using both in-depth interview (In-depth Int) and group discussion (GD). In-depth int was conducted to the Chiefs of both district Health Office and Public Health Centre (PHC) and mothers who had underfive children with malnutrition. While the GD was performed among the PHC staff, village midwives, community leaders, cadres data collection were pretested and content analysis was used to analyse the data. it was concluded that on the JPS-BK program the coordinating team was perceived as formality, criteria for selecting poor families eligible for the KS still faced problems and socialization of the program was inadequate, The JPS-BK indicated to improve both health and nutrition status of the target group and perceive to increased the workload of the PHC staff.
