| Historically, Indonesia begins a coordinated industrialization programs as of independence. Under New Orde regime, the changes of Indonesia’s economic structure bring about Indonesia to the industrializing country position. As compared to the others countries in the Asia region, especially ASEAN region, Indonesia is late in achieving such stage of industrialization era. Macro looking of industrialization have had a power to back up the economic development, yet micro looking still remains an internal-external diseconomies which have caused a high cost economy, and also the needs of pre-condition of the balance structure between non-economic performance (social-politic-institution)and economic performance. |
