Water is a resource to meet the needs of everyday life and also functions as a water irrigation and energy power generation. Despite the availability of abundant water, but many still found in remote areas or in the countryside that is still difficult to get clean water. In fact, these areas have potential water sources are insufficient, but due to the limitations of knowledge and weak economic society, the management of the water source can not be done with optimum. The purpose of this research is to design a water pump that does not need additional energy as a source of power and also has a low maintenance costs. So with the existence of this pump in the area who are difficult with water and the society whose have weak economy can help water management and would not burden the society in terms of maintenance. With the existence of a stainless steel hidram pump, high demand for water in Ponggang Village which have the number of the family 70 family and the number of individuals about 244 people, fulfill the needs of water by 17.280 liter / day. With water needs in the Ponggang Village of 17.080 liters/day means in the presence of these hidram pumps can meet the needs of water in the Village.
