Usually qualities of the products can be classified into quality elements according to the Kano Model. The effects to customer satisfaction differ depending on the quality element. In order to improve customer satisfaction more efficiently, it is essential to understand accurately each of the quality elements of a product based on survey data on customer satisfaction by the use of Neuro learning model, focusing on the similarity of quality element and Neuro model. In this research, we propose an analysis method for product improvement. In this approach, qualities are classified into quality elements in order to predict satisfaction.
