So, in the software development process, some companies take “offshore development” that commissioning a part of development process. However, it is difficult to get expected results at first. There are some reasons, for example, difference of linguistic, cultural background, or business between Japan and offshore country. The other hand, there is a result of interview as one of success cases by becoming making a communication over time because of building trustful relations with offshore company. But the interviews show the process of building trustful relation is unclear. In this view, the object of this study was set to proposal of building trustful relations with offshore company on software development by clearing factor of building trustful relation and building process.
