Isi artikelCurrently, we don't have an obligatory loyalty for our enterprise in the collapse of seniority and the change in job consciousness in Japan. Thus, the relation between the organization and the individual swing. When they having no organizational commitment nourish negative feelings, they try it on, because the performance relates to the condition of a sense of self and feelings. On the other hand, they having high organizational commitment could control to try it on by negative feelings when they nourish positive feelings. And so the purpose of the present study is clarify the relation what commitment is influenced their behaviors, and then building behavior model of them considered commitment in case some feelings. The present study is advanced around the interview, and the model is made by using the result of interview.
