In the manufacturing process in industry, we need to make the variance of characteristic variable small and characteristic values close to the target. When the measurement errors are mixed, the MMSE control which Box et al. (1994) proposed may not be best. One method of reducing the influence is contraction factor. We propose the new control equation applying series aggregation which the others of ARMA change by mixing two ARMA models. Then, we compare the proposed method with the former method. The results show the proposed method makes MSE small.
