Isi artikel
For effective quality improvement, the process of a business must be designed systematically by introducing the Quality Management System. Some hospitals lack clear standards in quality management, and have very little effective co-operation between sections of workers, probably because the systematic design process has not been sufficiently studied. In this study we will pay attention to the issue of discharge of coordination, which requires the cooperation of two or more sections of the work force. Furthermore, we will research and analyze the general effectiveness of the processes of some hospitals and propose a method of process design for hospital work.
