First of all, Social psychology has shifted from human values to monetary values. Money has become the driving force for all good and bad affairs of the society. Secondly all resources stand disintegrated; this is against the natural principles of universal co-existence and life Quality. We need to re-surge the society with right kind of education and human development to save the mankind from going astray. The society need to be reorganized on a foundation of knowledge hierarchy for stress free management and for improved productivity. Academic institutions and Universities should be instrumental practicing a culture like incubators and hatcheries to develop inherent spirit of every student valuably to evolve as an entrepreneur instead of the presently practiced employee building custom. The social energy should evolve from Students community to Vocational participants then to executives then to Entrepreneurs, and then to social counselor’s community as cognitive natural structure of a society of Quality Excellence. Implementing Cognitive Education System is cardinal for building a Quality Society. Quality Councils of each country can take up this quality building mission in association with International Academy for Social Excellence, the HR research and Development organization promoted by Foundation for Human Excellence.
