In the present time, nations needs to make radical change, or some change at least, to survive in this very competitive, rapidly changing world. The most important challenge facing governments today especially in ASIA is to define, establish and execute such goals like where they see their national growth in the next five, ten and twenty years. Previously Malaysia, Korea, Taiwan , India had learnt and acquired a lot from Japan and western world knowledge and now Pakistan has started a slow move on this path. Owe to visionary leadership these countries are making huge transformations across major fields. Contrary to these rapid development, currently as for as overall growth, innovation and prosperity of masses is concerned, Pakistan is passing through its most difficult time since ever. We require an enormous change in business and industry thinking. Change will be a source of opportunity for our businesses to grow. Publishing the book “Breakthrough Management” the visit of management guru Prof. Shoji Shiba to Pakistan and his introducing the theory Z has helped at least some CEOs to think differently the way they are managing their businesses. The paper will present; Current BT status in Pakistan, Eras of Change Management , BT practices in Pakistan and the BT management system. Lastly BT management Vital few has been discussed.
