The education reform in Asia requires a drastic change from the on-way-flow education method. With the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008, Hue College of Education has used “Leaner-Centered Concept” as a new approach to eliminate the closed-mindedness of Asians on education. This includes reforming mindset, focusing on the new role of students while still preserving the beautiful Vietnamese traditions like “Respects teachers, respect morality”.
